I have been going thro this problem for the past year, I am been constantly been degraded, the gossiping an spreading rumors still continues even though I have been thro' deciplinary hearing, and grieveance hearing but this terrible treatment still continues, this has affected my health, and now I don't know what to do. The manager insults me infront of other employees and Customers in the store, he constantly watches me as if I am a thief, he tells customers that I have so much energy the entire day because maybe I'm on steroids (totally false)because of this the other employees treats me disrespect. I am a mother of 3 kids, This is ruined my self esteem and my reputation,he makes false accusations, checked up on my entire background, found nothing, but still treats me like a criminal,( this is personal), got nothing to do with work, Is this treatment fair, please tell what to do!
