Our contract expired on the 1st August 2013 , we received a termination notice letter on the 10/09/13 stated that ou contract will end on the 30/09/13 . Now my employer say's that we will carry on working Bt his not saying anything of renewing our contract ... So what will happen if he dnt give us a new contract ? Plz advice

Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to sign a written contract for an employment contract to exist. However, you are entitled to have the particulars of your employment in writing. Ask your employer for this, so that there can be no confusion as to what your responsibilities and rights are. It is essential that you do so timeously to avoid exploitation.
