Hi, I to han a hearing at the ccma , sep 2013 and at the hearing commisoiner said I should settle, because my employer will argue that they did offer me Permanent employment but I refused, this after they terminated my contract saying "I can't do the job" but when the received my ccma application the offer the job came ?. So the commisoiner said I don't have a case and "advises" me to settle. I settled but a friend told me I should have and I started searching the net for answers. What can I do?
