with problems at work?
1. Employee contract signed in 2010
2. No resignation period stated
3. Refers to a policy and states it is the employees responsibility to sign.
4. Said policy created in 2011. Cannot find correspondence to this effect going out to employees.
5. States that a signed copy will be kept on file. No signed copy currently.
6. Says it is the employees supervisors responsibility to get the policy signed.
7. States a resignation period different from law
8. Policy not signed by employee. Employee had to ask for a copy now on resignation as it was not available.
Can HR make the person work the resignation period in the policy?
