I had a IOD in September with a broken foot, now I am back at work and is on light duty until the doctor say I can resume normal duty. Now I am due for my annual leave and filled out my leave form to take it in December and my boss refuse to sign it. His reason is that I'm still on light duty and still need to see the doctor until my foot is completely healed. Can he refuse me my annual leave with that reason and if not what am I to do regarding this matter.
