I was employed at at ezulwini landscapes for 2 and a half months in that time I never received a letter of employment was never registered for uif and was working more than 60 hours a week including Saturdays and sundays for which overtime pay was never made . a week before he dismissed me I approached him and read him the labour law with regards to this . I the worked 16 days without a day off and on the Monday morning he called me in and told me to leave immediately as thing were not working out . I have never received any letter of warning from him . I have been to the ccma and have a case number which is going to be on the 8th jan 2014 . I have not been paid for my overtime worked or been given any severance package ? can you please advise me
