I work for a Company that says they are in financial trouble. They are about 2 and a half months in arrears on their salary bill. I have contacted the DOL and they are unable to assist as they say the ceiling for these cases is R16000.00. When I confront my employer he says if I dont like it I can leave. The problem with this is that I then walk away having lost alot of money. We have not had and cannot get pay slips for the last 4 months.

I URGENTLY need some advise please.
