About 5 years ago i resigned from my current company, but returned within x2 weeks.  I was told x3 weeks ago due to my broken service 5 years ago, my leave caluculation is incorrect.  Currently, I'm entitled to x20 days leave, but was told I owe the company 10 days.  Are they allowed to do this?  What is the time period for broken service?
