Dear Anonymous

If you have been dismissed then you have the right to know why you have been dismissed. It is obvious that they will deny any wrongdoing and will probably put the reason for your dismissal as operational requirements or something similar but its a first step.

If you have not been dismissed but are simply being prejudiced by your employer for asking questions then that qualifies as an unfair labour practice.

There are a number of people you may be able to ask for assistance. These include labour inspectors or even the police if you suspect fraud on the part of your employer. You may also speak to the ombudsmen for your industry. All of this can be done on an anonymous basis.

If you no longer wish to work there then there is always the option of resignation, it may be that your employer is liable for what we call a constructive dismissal, whereby you resign but have effectively been forced to due to intollerable working conditions, however these claims are rarely sucessful in court and it would have to be a last resort.
