Good day,

I was issued a notice to attend a diciplinary hearing and the outcome was a first written warning.  The following week I was issued again with a notice to attend diciplinary hearing with the same charges as the first time.  I was suspended on the day of the second hearing till the following day. when I returned the following day to attend the hearing I was informed that I am dismissed.  There was no hearing held the second time.  They told me that the first outcome of the first warning were overruled by head office.  Is this possible that they can do it like this?  I would highly appreciate some feedback regarding this case please...
