Person was booked of with a valid sick note for two days.  Now the employer wants the employee to work that time in on a weekend.  May the do it?

While the employee is entitled to a certain amount of sick leave, the nature and requirements of the job might entail that the employee will have to comply with the reasonable instructions of the employer.
