If an employer seeks advice from the ccma and after presenting the facts they advice that their is fair reson for dismissel, can the ccma then after advicing the employer represent the very same employee for unfair dismissel.

As far as I am aware the CCMA does not represent people. Lawyers are often not permitted to represent clients in the CCMA because it is supposed to serve as a user-friendly organisation, where the parties represent themselves.
