i have been dismissed from SAPS. i have lodged an appeal and it was unsuccessfull. i have now direct my case to the SSSBC awaiting on a pre arbitration meeting date. however SAPS came today telling me i should sign my termination of service papers and explained to me that if i should sign it i can still continue with my case at the SSSBC. i have refused to sign the document. can u pleased give me clarity on to how i should deal with SAPS in this matter and procedure i should follow

Just ensure that the papers do not show that you resigned. They should specifically state that the reason for termination was dismissal.
