what is in my right of payments after dismisal. i worked 3 years for this company. I fought for my right since day 1 to date and got to the bottom of it. UIF and PROVIDENT were getting deducted every month only to find out I do not appear in Labour department system and MIBFA. Finally I was sick got doctors letter and going back my suspension document was already on the table for me. Tired of fighting, just wanna welcome a dismissal and move on. whole 8 months my Boss and Supervisor trying to get rid of me, now am not willing to give reasons for my absentiseem and my doctor's certificate as suspension document awaited me already even after giving them a prove

In respect of the provident fund, you can refer the matter to the Department of Labour or to the Pension Fund Adjudicator.

In terms of dismissal, your may refer the matter to the CCMA if you believe that your dismissal was procedurally or substantively unfair, but this must be done within 30 days of the dismissal.
