Hi,

 

At the end of August 2016, I placed my resignation with my company and am currently serving my "moral" obligation of my 1 month's notice period. During this time, I have engaged with my employer on 3 occasions of my decision to leave, the conditions of my exit etc. I have 7 days of leave owed to me and verbally negotiated my early release from the 30 September 2016 to the 21 September 2016. Since that meeting with my employer, he stated that he did not see it as a problem and that I must send it in writing to him and he will respond. It has been 4 days and I have sent 2 emails to him acknowledging our meeting and put that in writing. He has not responded in any form as well as not been at work.

My question is simple. Having engaged with him and also followed all protocol from an employee point of view, can I just leave on the 21 September 2016 COB? All other senior members within the company cannot and refuse to assist me on this matter. Please urgently help, if you can.
