My employer recently underwent transformation due to a new operating model they put in place. Through this process my job became affected and non existent and I had to apply for another job. It is clear that managers from my division are sidelined and we are not appointed in new managerial positions. We are left out and not even utilized in the workplace even though we are said to be placed in specialist position. No duties are assigned to me since June 2016. In August 2016 I wrote to the executive manager requesting clear duties and he never responded till date. I am left to come to work with nothing to do. It is my view that the employer is trying to frustrate me and other employees who are in similar position as I am, with the hope that we will resign and go. Kindly advice what step to take next. I am a member of Labour Protect but I don't know how to acces you for assistance with my issue at hand.
