Afternoon Musa Although I do not understand the grounds of your dismissal, I need to advise that companies have an abscondment policy or at least are expected to have one which directs how they should go about dealing with such types of absence from work. If when you stayed at home for three weeks you did not notify the employer that you did not have money to come to work they will regard you as having absconded as your whereabouts would not have been reported to them. That they called you to come to work and allowed you to perform work for a week nullifies the intendant act of misconduct but would justify absence without permission/authorisation by your supervisor, instead. You can not continue representing yourself in matters dealing with misconduct. You should get a Shopsteward or a lawyer to represent you or visit the Department of Labour for assistance.
