The person was called to a meeting in the Managers office, when he arrived, the Manager and HR were present, the question was posed if they knew what had happened on a particular day, the person didn't know what they were talking about, they were told there would be a full enquiry (no details) and investigation and then a possible hearing, they were then told that they were being suspended, they were escorted to their desk and told to collect their car keys and touch nothing else.  They were told to leave, this happened in front of the persons subordinates.  They were also told that the employer had consulted a labour lawyer and that they could suspend.  A letter was given, stating that there was an investigation regarding something that they had done on a certain date (no details).  The person concerned has done nothing wrong to their knowledge.  Should there be a hearing will this person be allowed representation, they believe they are being victimised.  The company does not allow unions and none of the employees are experienced in labour law.
