My employer has terminated the fixed term contracts of my two colleagues. They are due to leave on 31 March. I have been told that there will be restructuring and that our office will be closed in due course, however here has been no formal consultation process. Can I refuse to do any of their work when they have left? I will be the only staff member left in the office.
