I was restructured on Feb 6, and today March 18th position was posted for hire.  Basically same position under different title  and a 20K less.  I was not offered a lower income at time of dismissal.  I was provided a severance package.  Title went from Executive Assistant to receptionist, however a major part of my position was reception.  Is this being properly executed? (in Canada)
