I would like to find out something about how payment works for working

hours.

What does the law say for the following, does the hours count as

overtime hours or must the company give an allowance and what does the law say

about the allowance that they must give, what is the minimum allowance?

I am currently working. 1 week a month overtime as seen below.

3 Weeks, 8am – 5pm , 1 hour lunch, 8 hours a day, 120 hours

1 Week, 8am – 4:30pm, 1 hour lunch, 7.5 hours a day 37.5 hours then 

1 Week afterhours, 5pm – 9.15pm, 4.25 hours a day 21.25 hours

1 Saturday, 8am – 9.15pm , 13.25 hours

1 Sunday, 8am – 9.15pm, 13.25 hours

Holidays, 8am – 9.15pm, 13.25 hours, depends on if it is my work week
