Unfair Discrimination during Probation Period

I have been working at this firm for 5 months, in my department, we have my team member's, supervisor and manager. One of my team member's is the manager's daughter. I had a confrontation with her as she was verbally abusing me and I wanted to address it, I immediately knew that I had on a target on my back. My 3 months performance review was done a few days after that incident and it was very god, at that time my team member's mother also our manager was on sick leave. She returned from sick leave and I was again called into a second meeting for another performance review, this time it was horrible, we didn't discuss my work, instead there was a long email from my supervisor to the manager and HR about my reliability or lack there off, this email was sent without my knowledge and I went into this meeting blindly and couldn't defend or justify the contents of that email, of which 80% were explainable and completely exaggerated. My work wasn't discussed only the time I was off sick or not at work due to a national strike. Long story short, my probation was extended based on that very horrible report, the first one was disregarded, as positive as it was. Now I am almost certain, this happened because of my confrontation with the manager's daughter. Is there anything I can do.
