Good day

Me and my husband need Labour Law advice as soon as possible please.  Its connection off the pay for our house and water, yesterday they suddenly tell us that they will pay an extra R 5000,00 in my husband account and we must pay for own house and water.  But they did put in writing on the company's letterhead and also in our contract.  Then also I have proof off harrasment on us spiritually and emotional.  The demands and also the extortion that they are going to close the company.  The pressure they put us in and end off the month they are unreasonable.  Then they demand us an answer on the 1 ste June  if we are going to close the doors.  

Last time they told us if they are going to retrench people but me and my husband must resign from our work, because they don't have the money for that.

 

If some one please can assets me so soon as possible for an answer its very urgent.

Good day,

your company cannnot force you to resign, if they truly are not doing well then they must prove it by conducting proper retrenchment proceedings.

kindly not that if you resign then you will not be eligible for UIF. Retrenchment proceedings is always the better alternative.
