I have a labour issue which I think it's unfair labour practice.
I was serving a 3 month probation period which I successfully completed, during this 3 months I have not received 1 formal complaint about my performance or anything, but they say they want to increase the probation period, I want to know on what grounds can a probation period can be extended? And can I dispute this extension? What legal rights do I have? I think they are taking advantage of me, it seems they have not performed a good assessment during the original 3 months probation, and only now they want to do the assessment.
Please advice me on the matter.
