with problems at work?
My husband was retrenched on 26 July 2017, with immediate effect but the letter states date of retrenchment being 31 July.
He was paid in full for July only.
Should he not have received remuneration for the remaining 3 weeks? Does the law not state that 4 weeks notice needs to be paid?
