Hi

I work for a company that does open-ended contract work for a mine. According to the contract between the mine and my employer, the mine pays R17000,00 for a supervisor. According to my contract with my employer and my pay slips, I only get half of that amount. Is this legal? I'm scared to inform the mine of this for fear of losing my job. Apart from this other dubious activities have been bothering me, but I have no idea who to contact as it seems the two management levels above me might be complicit. Would it be worth it to talk to a labour lawyer?
