1. If the facts in question are true, then it is the employees duty to lodge a claim with the department of labour to investigate the employers conduct and business practice.

2. The employee may be able to sue the employer for the unpaid salary by way of breach of contract. The actions of the employer puts himself into Mora this can be claimed at the small claims court as well as a magistrates court.
