Resigning on maternity leave and study leave

Good day,

I'd like some advice, regarding resigning on maternity leave.

My employer and I verbally agreed that I'd still work a few days a month, whether it's from his house office or the office and he offered to pay me for the hours worked. As I work for an Accounting firm and I'm the clerk responsible for our own books, I offered to keep om doing our books while still on maternity leave. I'm in my forth month of maternity leave and him and his personal assistant is making it unbearable and uncomfortable for my to work there, the bad environment at work causes extra stress at home.

In my third month I went into the office one day and he called me into the board room to complain that I'm not doing what he asked or told me to do and that we were to lose a client if I don't attend to his work asap. Firstly, I'm on leave and not suppose to be there, I'm doing them a favor. Secondly, the orders  he's giving me is not what we agreed to, since my baby is with my I can't work on clients books if I can't keep proper time, that's why I only work on our firms' books because it's not billable. Thirdly I've been on leave for almost 3 months and not once, in any meeting or any time did he give the work to another clerk, but calls me in to tell me I'm not doing my work.

It's now my 4th month and I'm do to go back on 26 September. I went in on Monday and whiles sitting in the kitchen feeding my baby like I do every time, and never billed that time like they are accusing me of, His PA comes to give me an e-mail he sent to me telling me what to do and accusing me of billing time not worked and that I shouldn't bring my baby with anymore. The whole reason I'm taking four months instead of three like I said in the beginning is that the nursery only takes babies from 4 months of age, which I told him a month ago.

A month ago both my seniors resigned and since then he has had a different attitude towards me. After I read his e-mail I left since my baby isn't welcome any longer and both him and his wife were very excited about my baby since the beginning and every time I worked from there home.

I've already applied for another job and have an interview setup. I'm suppose to start working again on 26 September, I'm also writing exams from 26 September till 13 October, which I've already put in study leave for.

When can I resign?

Can I resign on maternity leave?

Am I still entitled to study leave in month om resignation?

Your advise would be much appreciated

Regards
