We are a small business and about a 2 years ago we implemented new company procedures and systems (Software) for our field service staff. The staff has to use a company cellphone that is provided to record and do the work. My questions is.
Can the company hold the Service Tech responsible for the phone - if get damaged to replace it?
What is the procedure if the Tech refuses to work with the phone to avoid responsibility?
We have to use this system because it speed up invoicing, better customer service, with site times, photos, job tracking etc.
