been with company for 19 and a half years.

today I get an e-mail cause due to my salary level I will not get any bonus. 3 or 4 people who are managers also didn't get a bonus.

I am not a manager, but I was told a month ago by one of the Managers that the Financial director has said that I don't warrant for my salary I am paid as my department is not that busy.

Yet sales people were employed lately and no business came in.

am I being single out?  feels like that they trying to get rid of me but I wont leave as I have given almost 20 years on my life to this company
