Company has not paid our tax or provident fund.

They have been trading through the company up until recently and i now heard they are trying to liquidate.

We are currently working for a branch of the sister company and do not know what to do about getting it sorted.

Its a difficult situation, we struggle with communication, getting answers, have been asking for new contracts since the beginning of the year and we just never get any clarity. We also for relocated for the company, so not an easy situation.

Currently still taking tax off each month.
