Due to victimize and harassment from management,and make a case againts them,Then i was book for poor work performance and awol as stay 2days at home as ive put them on notice the hostile enviroment .did get a final written warning and the next day was the awol case ,as i ask for a difrent chairman bcuase this one was bias,i hade excuse myself from that hearing but they did go on without my present as i am aware of such ways.but as i arive at work the next day .my eccess clock card would not swipe,just their @then did i knew i was fired.as sercurity was told upon my arival i must go up to the manager 's office as i arive my supervisor was their and manager told me with a smile on his face am FIRED!!This was all the time as i know,Can i make a case by ccma??

Your referral to the CCMA will depend on the findings of the chair of the disciplinary hearing. Without this i cannot advise if whether your matter is suitable to take to the CCMA.
