Good Morning,

I have been a member for several years and I am in need of help and/or advice.

I have been employed on 3monthly contracts since Dec 2015 as a fitter. My second contract expires on the 31May.

My foreman is extremely abusive and swears me daily and threatens to fire me.

At the same time he promises to make my appointment permanent. On Monday he said we would meet and sign a permanent contract this morning.

I work very long extended hours and standby according to my contract.

He abuses me verbally in meetings every day in front of my co workers for going on the call out and wasting company money.... but if I don't report within the hour I will get fired.

I have a family to support but my nerves are shot.

I am really desparate.
