In our office, staff never know whether they will be reprimanded or praised for doing something.

The rules are constantly "changing" and the directors seems to be intent on making me resign. I constantly get reprimanded for doing something, even while following instructions and have been told on several occasions that my work is incorrect - even though I have never (even after asking) been told in what manner it is.

Recently, all the "mistakes" the directors deems that I have made was explained, in front of me, in detail to a trainee in the office. This trainee was also appointed as my "supervisor" and was told to check up on my work.

I have been screamed at, have had my integrity called into question in front of the entire office and have been reprimanded for things I didn't even know I did.

I have to request basic items (such as toilet paper) from the same trainee who then has to "approve" the request.

I am at my end and have lost all motivation but I don't know if I'm just being sensitive (which is not at all like me) or if what I am feeling is legitimate.

 

Please help with advise!
