I had a domestic worker that decide to retire and now she denies that she wanted to retire. As Iam financially not able to cover additional cost on my budget I offered to pay her at least her salary on her retirement for 3 months as this is all i could afford. She now claims that she twisted her ankle(about 21 days be fore she left my employee) while she was working on and that is the reason why i dont want her to work for me again. She has now taken me to the CCMA
