I would like to know if the temporary agency workers are Eligible for a contract if they have worked for the same employer for more than 6 months? I Have been working with the same employer for 8-9 months doing full time hours, but now they dont Have work for us and refusing to give us more than 4 hours a day. Please if you could help me if there is any law to protect us.
