Good day, can you please advise on my legal recourse if my company is consistently late in salary payments? This has been going on for more than a year now. As of now I am still waiting for March salary payment and no explanation or communication has been forthcoming.
Please advise on what my rights are.

Good day 

The department of labour will be able to assist you. 

They will be able to investigate your matter and provide a finding will be submitted to your employer. If you have a detailed breakdown of what is owed to you, then you may sue your employer in the civil court.
