I shoot by mistake when i was o duty at work then i was given a final warning without a written warning after that they booked me for a hearing can i be dismissed

Good day,

an employer must issue warning in terms of their disciplinary code. in instances depending on the severity of the conduct, the employer may deviate from an written warning an proceed with a final written warning.
