Good day, please advise if warnings may be given based on the tone of a text message. To my understanding the tone of a msg is perceived, I standard professional msg provide basic info. If person reads it as toned wrong its their perception? Can a warning be issued for this?

The issuing of warning in this instance would depend entirely on the companies disciplinary code. kindly request a copy of such from Hr.
