Good Morning

 

I was affected through a S189 process in July 2018 and got appointed in my new role 1/10/2018.  The change that took place in July 2018 was that my portfolio was reduced by almost 50%.  Now a decision is taken to reduce my portfolio futher with 35%.  What is my legal rights to this process please.
