I got charged at work for reporting a breakdown and refusing to continue using the machine I operate. Is it possible to a lawyer represent me at work?

Good day,

Legal representation is not usually permitted at disciplinary hearing. but can be allowed at the instance of the chairperson.

It is my personal opinion that legal representation at  disciplinary hearing can be quite expensive and unnecessary should the chairperson not allow legal presentation, therefore it is best to prepare as well as possible for the disciplinary hearing and thereafter, once the finding has been received, to go and consult an attorney.

alternatively, you could consult an attorney to assist you with your craft your argument for the disciplinary hearing.
