have been working at the hospital and i have been promoted with other people but those people got paid and i haven't. I even have the letter that showa that i should be promoted. I have been fighting with the hospital for 18 years till now. Thank you Yours sincerely

Good day,

I would advise that you approach the ccma. Therefore contact an attorney as soon as possible.

If you have been promoted then you should be paid as much as everyone else that has been promoted as well. This is based on the principle, equal pay for work of equal value.
