Hi i want to now what to do or how can help met woth child maintenance. My oldest son is 8 since birth his father did not pay anything for the child all the bills and stuff i paid for he never get in touch with me recently he start talking to me some months he gave R 500 some if you lucky R 1000 then he talks a while not with me then when he starts talking again say he's going to pay R500 on the 25th this month he wants naked photos of me first i told him that i am married now he doesn't get it help me please what can i do to get him to pay maintenance for his child and can i sue him for the 8 years he didn't help with his child.?
