I am unemeployed several years ago my overdraft account was sent to lawyers by the bank and for several years I made monthly payments but dues to financial difficulties I was unable to pay the full amount but have been making some small payments. Despite this, they have issued a summons although I have not received it. They also mentioned they are seeking a default judgment against me. Can you advise what to do as I dont have the means to pay for a lawyer?
