My employer is constantly blaming me for cash shortages at work.
The problem is that we work out of one cash register, while it is my shift, the owner is constantly taking money out of cash register, and at the end of the day I get blamed.
Note recent email he sent me:
The actual situation is stressing. While I am battling to recover from this dying business, I am regularly having unexplained overs and shorts of money. Money is totally out of control. Which is unacceptable.
Changes need to be done to ensure every cent is helping the business.
I am under a lot of stress, I get blamed and there is always suspicion, meanwhile I get paid short on my salary every month. What am I to do?
Regarding short pay, refer the matter to the nearest department of labour. Regarding the shortage of cash, bring it to your employers attention the next time they dip their hands into the chas register. They can do that if they want but he/ she shouldn't blame you for short falls.

Can Labour Law act on behalf of people with disabilities, who has been on a learnership?
We were granted an additional allowance of a R1000 per month for the duration of the 12 months learnership.
The learnership finished November 2015. It is April 2016 and no monies has been paid thus far.
PLEASE HELP !!!
