I joined company D-Projects in October 2015. Then in November 2016 I noticed that I now have a new start date 1/11/2016 as well as a new employee number and the company details now show D-Human Resources. All these changes were made without prior notification. What I would like to confirm is, is my Contract of Employment signed with D-Projects still valid?
According to my understanding, a contract may not be changed unilaterally. any alterations to the contract can only be made with the consent of both parties. i would advise that you check your contract to see if you there are any clauses which afford the company to unilaterally amend the contract. Never the less the contract is still valid.
