My employment contract was a fixed term,1 month,which ended last week. The clause for a notice period upon resignation on this contract is 1 week. I have not signed a new contract as yet,however I am still working to date,and I'm in the process of resigning.What notice period will apply now as there is no contract in place.Is it possible to give a 24 hr notice?
