My business partner and I have recently gotten into a dispute, after he publicly accused me of being a thief. We are 50-50 partners and I have requested that I be bought out of the company. The business is small and only opened at the end of April. Because of this, I have asked that he only repay me the funds that I have put into the business. Is this fair and do I have grounds for this?
